Webinar: Advancements in Wireless Emergency Alerts

Over the past several years, there have been advancements in Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) to address more precise geo-targeting, as well as the introduction of Spanish language WEAs. The FCC recently issued a Further notice of Proposed Rulemaking that proposes additional enhancements to make WEA more accessible. The FCC’s communication Security, Reliability and Interoperability council (CSRIC) also recently published a report on WEA.
