Arrowhead Gardens Residents Community (AGRC) is a formal organization of the residents.  AGRC has bylaws, elected board members, standing committees, and regular meetings with minutes where issues are discussed and voted on.

AGRC Executive Board consists of 5 officers and 6 Building Guides elected annually by residents.

AGRC Meetings:
The AGRC Executive Board meets on 2nd Fridays at 4:00 PM in the B Building Arts and Crafts Room and reports to residents at the AGRC General Meeting on 4th Fridays at 6:00 PM in the B Building Community Room. Minutes from previous meetings are provided. Residents vote on proposals from the board and from attending residents. 
November General meeting is on 3rd Friday.
December General meeting is skipped.

AGRC Committees

Facilities Committee is a new committee formed in 2024. 
Its purpose is to help resolve daily issues between residents and building management.
As of Jan 2024, the committee is headed by Sue T (C Bldg),
with members Diana L (D Bldg), Frances B (C Bldg) and Stephanie G (A Bldg).

Sunshine

Sunshine Committee sends cards to the ill and notifies other residents when one of our own may need cheering up and to offer assistance.

Emergency Committee

Emergency Preparedness Committee has floor monitors, building captains, and liaison to Arrowhead management.
It informs residents on how to prepare for emergencies; from power outages to major incidents; and to organize floor monitors to assist residents during emergencies.

Resources

Wellness Committee

The Wellness Committee develops programs and projects to promote healthy living for residents. The committee forms alliances to provide information, services and products to promote wellness.

Events

Social Events and Activities Committee plans and budgets events for AGRC members and gives reports at meetings. Plans are submitted by the 15th of the month for management to include in the monthly calendar.

The Budget Committee  prepares budgets for presentation to the AGRC members at least once per year.

Telephone

The Telephone Committee maintains and distributes on a regular basis an updated telephone directory to those residents who agree to be listed. ​Residents can give their contact information to their building representative and then receive a copy of the community directory at the next edition's distribution.

The Elections Committee prepares and administers annual elections for the board positions in accordance with article 7 of the Bylaws.

A volunteer Audit Committee of 3 or more people prepare and present financial audits twice each year to the AGRC members.

The Straight Arrow Newsletter is published bi-monthly starting in January.
