Audio Visual Equipment
At the AGRC General Meeting on August 26, 2022, a motion was approved "Proceeds, not to exceed $600, of the dessert auction in October 2022 be used to buy audio visual equipment for educational and social events for the residents of Arrowhead Gardens."
Conference Equipment Proposal
1. Conference Camera $299.00 –> to Laptop USB
2. Conference Speaker-Microphone $109.90 –> to Laptop USB
3. HDMI Display Adapter $69.99 –> to TV/Projector HDMI
Total: $478.89 + Tax $49.08 = $527.97
Connectivity: Laptop communicates with Internet over WiFi; video camera over USB cable; speaker-microphone over USB cable; and TV or projector via HDMI adapter over WiFi.
Function: System to be used for video conferencing on a Laptop via WiFi to the Internet in B Building:
Phase 1: Craft Room with Large Screen TV (6-8 participants)
Phase 2: Community Room with a future Video Projector and Screen. Speaker-Microphone will work for those closest to it. (10 within microphone range plus 10 beyond microphone range and able to see the projection screen.) Phase 2 will cost an additional $500, to be proposed in the future.
