Dessert Auctions are held twice a year to raise money for AGRC activities.
The AGRC annual budget forecasts $3000 and it is often exceeded.

​Arrowhead Gardens Residents Community (AGRC) has bi-annual dessert auctions to raise funds for community-resident equipment, supplies, events, and activities. 2024's budget goal is to raise $1500 per auction.

In the first video (4:06), we show the desserts on display and walk around to each table, prodding the residents to bid all their money. Desserts are donated by the residents. Most desserts are homemade. Some are purchased. All are delicious. Some had raisins!

In the second video (5:43), we see Diane holding up desserts and getting the highest bids. She delivers the deserts to the bidders' tables. Each bidder has a card to write down the items they purchased with the dollar amount. When the auction ends, they take their card and money to Joe the Treasurer.
