THE RST (READABILITY-STRENGTH-TONE) SYSTEM Plain Language Radio Checks
I made a presentation to the AGRC General Meeting on April 27, 2018 about forming an Amateur Radio Group and a campus radio net, named Garden Net. I provided a document displayed below that you can download as a PDF file. The handheld radios displayed were the Retevis RT27 FRS radio, and the BTECH GMRS-V1 radio. An audio file of my presentation is next. -- John Walling - April 29, 2018
