The event calendar below is a Google Calendar updated at the beginning of each month and as new events are announced. Future months show only Repeat Events and should be considered incomplete.

Click [Today] to refocus on today's date.

1. Ending times are rough estimates based on the type of activities.
2. Date Navigation/Top Left: [Today], Left/Right Arrows, Pull down calendar to jump to a date.
3. Click on event links to see locations and optional details.
4. Month: Click the +x more link to show all activities for one day.
5. Week: Click the Week tab to show all activities for a week. Use date navigation and vertical scroll bar on the right.
6. Agenda: Click the Agenda tab to show activities listed by days. Use date navigation and the vertical scroll bar on the right.
7. Click the [+ Google Calendar] button (bottom right corner) to add Calendar to your Google account.
---> To receive emailed schedule changes or daily agendas, edit calendar notifications. (see More instructions below)

1. Reservations: Off-campus trips require signups in the B Building Activities Book. Seats are limited.
---> Van trips require minimum 5 resident signups 24 hours in advance of trip, subject to cancellation.
2. If you can't participate, be sure to strike your name in the Activities Book.
3. Warning: Programs and trips can be canceled without notice for any reason.
4. Loading by signup sheet order will commence 10 minutes before trip start time.
5. It is very important riders know and adhere to the RETURN Time on each trip.
6. Resident Trip/Activity suggestions are always welcome. See Dave Bell.
