Kaiser Permanente workshop series. The workshop is limited to 14 people. Currently, they are still taking registration. People don’t need to get their care at Kaiser Permanente to come to the workshops. The workshops are free of charge to everyone, members and non-members alike.

In this 6-week program led by trained facilitators, you’ll meet as a group once a week for 2.5 hours. You’ll learn to plan your meals, increase your energy, achieve your blood sugar goals, manage your medications, handle stress, keep your feet healthy, and partner with your health care team.
