Starting July 7th, businesses will be required to ensure their customers or clients are wearing face coverings, the governor announced today. This is similar to the order that has been in place in Yakima. This requirement will be monitored by the state Department of Labor & Industries. There are exemptions to the previous Department of Health order, including people with certain disabilities or health conditions, people who are deaf or hard of hearing and children under the age of 2. The order does not require you to document or prove a reason for not wearing a face covering. If a business won’t allow you to enter their office or store, ask them what accommodations they can provide such as curbside pick-up, delivery or virtual meeting options.
Also, as of today, the governor has put a pause on all county applications to reopen due to high levels of COVID19 activity across the state. Counties will remain in their current phase for at least the next two weeks.
More information on this website, including where the orders will be posted:

What AG people are listening to:
Barbara D-H: I listen to NPR @ 94.9 for facts.
Billie O: Covid-19 parody songs on YouTube. I especially like the Corona Virus Rhapsody, parodying Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, Sounds of Sirens, parodying Simon and Garfunkel's Sounds of Silence, and Corona, parodying The Kinks Lola
Delores D: After the stress of TV programs and the news, I often need to relax. It helps me to listen to the Music channel 948..(easy listening)
Marty D: listening to 91.3 fm: Democracy Now 6 a.m. repeat -- 8 a.m. and 9-12 m-f Tom Hartmann
Nancy H: https://www.facebook.com/treynkennedy/videos/1120819481606710/ Trey Kennedy video parody of Coronoville now ...and Tom Hanks in Castaway then.
