Rider Driver Partnership Program was a pilot project paid for by a grant to Sound Generations. Drivers from Arrowhead Gardens submitted their applications June 20, 2018 and should be approved in about 2 weeks after they have been screened. Drivers are paid for mileage and per diem. Riders also submit applications and ride for free by contacting a driver. A sample of the rider's application is provided below. Contact Diane Radischat 205A for details and program forms. Part of the grant funds will benefit South Park Senior Center based on rider participation.
Call Sound Generations to get drivers' contact information at 206-268-6747 or see list below.

Message from Monique Schreiber, sound Generations
An Arrowhead Gardens resident expressed concerns to Sound Generations about the rider-client form asking for personal demographics. The following is the response from the program manager.

Dear _____,
Thank you for your phone call yesterday in regards to the client application/intake form. In regards to the questions that are on the form, they are strictly confidential and will only be used to show our funders that we work with people of all backgrounds. With this pilot project, we are trying to reach communities that aren’t currently being served and have transportation limitations. We identified South Park Senior Center as an area and are partnering with them. Diane, on their board, has also reached out to Arrowhead to help us too. The demographic questions on the application are optional, but are helpful when we meet with our funders. It shows that we are serving the clients who need the most assistance. I have attached the most updated application to this email. Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Monique Schreiber, MS (she/her)
