- Join a free 2 1/2 hour Living Well Workshop, held each week for six weeks.
- Learn from trained volunteer leaders with health conditions themselves.
- Set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health.

Tom D. introduced Cassidy. After her presentation, she answered questions from the residents. Toward the end, there was a discussion about moving the workshop times to follow Enhanced Fitness classes. Time kept at 10am to 12:30pm.
